Unless you're a new client who was VAT registered prior to joining us, your VAT will be payable on the 7th Feb, 7th May, 7th August and 7th November. These pay dates will cover the periods Sep-Dec, Jan-Mar, Apr-Jun and Jul-Aug respectively.
Your bookkeeping spreadsheet will show VAT due in the CURRENT quarter so far. For example, if your bookkeeping spreadsheet is set to April, it will display only the VAT due on Aprils income, and assume you have paid the Jan-Mar quarter.
