At the end of your Company's financial year, HMRC will write to you to let you know it's time to submit your annual accounts and Corporation Tax return. Both of these documents need to be submitted within 9 months of your year end. This is a standard letter.

At the same time, we will also notify you that your year end has passed and ask you to complete your bookkeeping spreadsheet. Once you have done this (including providing your business bank balance at the year end in Step 4), let us know and we will prepare your annual accounts and Corporation Tax return for approval. Once you approve the accounts, we'll submit everything to HMRC and Companies House on your behalf. You then just need to pay the Corporation Tax.
