First of all, congratulations that your new company has now been set up at Companies House!  

Take the certificate of incorporation with you to the bank when setting up the limited company bank account.

In the next few  weeks you will receive a letter from HMRC along with a form (64-8).  When you receive this please email the Corporation Tax Reference appearing in the top right of the letter to us and we’ll deal with both the letter and form for you.  

You don’t need to fill in the form or send it to us.  We’ll contact HMRC on your behalf.

We will send you a link by email to your shared folder in the cloud.  The folder will include your online bookkeeping.
